LOTS® splint has very little external rotation once applied. To maintain this neutral extremity position, a LOTS® anatomic positioning pad can
be rolled and applied to splint at the most proximal, lateral,
posterior surface area. This maintains the entire injured
extremity in a "foot
vertical" position.
